Version in force on 11 October 2026. The version applicable to an order is the one accepted at the time of booking; it is referred to in, and attached as a PDF to, the confirmation email. Download (PDF). This English version is provided for convenience: the French version is the authoritative one.
Services are offered by KIPURA, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of 1,500 €, registered office at 87 quai Colbert, 76600 Le Havre, France, registered with the Le Havre Trade and Companies Register under number 105 975 346 (SIRET 105 975 346 00013), EU VAT number FR14 105 975 346, represented by its President, Mr Gilles Fouache. Hereinafter "KIPURA".
Contact: gilles.fouache@kipura.fr — phone +33 6 60 72 29 74 — 87 quai Colbert, 76600 Le Havre, France.
These general terms and conditions of sale (the "Terms") apply to all services sold by KIPURA: camps, masterclasses and expert sessions booked online at www.kipura.fr, and services provided on quotation (individual coaching, club interventions, talks).
For an online booking, the client accepts the Terms by ticking the box provided for this purpose before payment. No booking is possible without this acceptance. For a service on quotation, the Terms are attached to the quotation; the specific terms of the signed quotation prevail in the event of conflict.
The "client" is the person who places and pays for the order: the adult participant, the legal guardian of a minor participant, or an organisation (club, company, public body). The "participant" is the person who attends the service.
The content, dates, times, venue, package (meals, accommodation, kit provided) and target audience of each service are described on its presentation page, which forms an integral part of the order.
KIPURA has no employees: sessions are delivered by independent contractors (coaches, trainers, specialists) whom KIPURA selects and contracts with. Those who coach sport for payment hold the qualifications and professional card required by the French Sports Code. KIPURA remains liable to the client for the proper performance of the services it sells, whether performed by itself or by these contractors. Their identity and qualifications are provided on request.
If a coach is unable to attend, he or she may be replaced by another with equivalent qualifications. Where the page of a service presents a named coach as a decisive element of the offer and that coach finally cannot take part, KIPURA informs the client as soon as it becomes aware of it; the client may then accept the replacement or obtain a full refund of the sums paid for that service.
Podiatry assessment. Where an offer includes a podiatry assessment, this is a healthcare service performed by a state-registered podiatrist practising independently, under his or her sole professional responsibility and own insurance. The assessment is sold by the practitioner: its price is shown separately and the invoice is issued in the practitioner's name. KIPURA collects this price in the name and on behalf of the practitioner, under a collection mandate, without any commission, and pays it over to the practitioner. KIPURA takes no part in the assessment itself; any health information gathered during it stays with the practitioner and is not passed on to KIPURA.
Content relating to the mental side of performance (confidence, dealing with mistakes, focus) is educational and sporting in nature. It is not medical treatment, psychotherapy or psychological counselling.
KIPURA does not act as a sports agent. It does not put participants in contact with clubs with a view to a contract, does not negotiate any contract and receives no remuneration on that account.
Where the participant is under 18, the order is placed by a holder of parental authority. By ticking the box provided, that person certifies that he or she holds parental authority and acts with the agreement of the other parent where parental authority is shared. KIPURA may ask for the written agreement of both parents, in particular for long-term coaching or a residential camp.
Before the service starts, the legal guardian fills in the information form sent with the confirmation: emergency contacts, consents and, if he or she considers it useful, information needed for the participant's safety (see article 10). Registration becomes final once this completed form has been received.
Online booking works as follows: choice of session and package, entry of the participant's and client's details, acceptance of the Terms (and, for a minor, the parental authority statement), then secure payment. The place is held for 30 minutes during payment.
The contract is formed when payment is confirmed. KIPURA then emails the client a confirmation stating the service, the price paid, the booking reference and a link to these Terms. The invoice is sent separately. KIPURA keeps evidence of the order and of the acceptance of the Terms (date, time and version accepted).
Services on quotation are ordered by signing the quotation with the words "bon pour accord" (approved).
Prices are stated in euros, including all taxes (VAT included), for private clients. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order and covers only the items listed on the service page.
Online bookings are paid in full when ordering, by bank card, through the secure Stripe platform. KIPURA never has access to card details. Services on quotation are paid according to the schedule set out in the quotation.
Where an order includes a service sold by a healthcare professional (article 3), the corresponding price is collected by KIPURA in the name and on behalf of that professional and appears on a separate line.
Camps, masterclasses and expert sessions. These leisure services are provided on a specific date or for a specific period. Under Article L. 221-28, 12° of the French Consumer Code, they are not subject to the right of withdrawal. The client is informed of this before payment and acknowledges it by ticking the acceptance box. The cancellation terms in Article 8 apply.
Individual coaching and other services concluded at a distance or off-premises without a specific date. A consumer client has 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without giving reasons, by sending KIPURA the form in the appendix or any other unambiguous statement (by email to gilles.fouache@kipura.fr). KIPURA refunds all sums paid within 14 days of the withdrawal, using the same means of payment.
If the client expressly asks for the service to begin before the end of the withdrawal period, he or she remains liable, in the event of withdrawal, for an amount proportionate to the service provided up to that decision (Article L. 221-25 of the French Consumer Code).
Any cancellation must be notified in writing, preferably by email to gilles.fouache@kipura.fr. The date of receipt is authoritative.
By way of exception, if the participant cannot attend because of an injury or illness supported by a medical certificate, the client may choose between a transfer to another session and a credit note valid for 12 months.
Free of charge and up to the day before the service, the client may be replaced by another participant meeting the age and level requirements, by notifying KIPURA in writing.
Leaving early or missing part of the service for the client's own reasons gives no right to a refund.
KIPURA may cancel or postpone a service if the minimum number of participants is not reached (the client is then informed at least 7 days in advance), in the event of force majeure, or where conditions make the activity unsafe (weather, unavailable facilities). The client then chooses between a new date and a full refund of the sums paid, within 14 days.
If KIPURA cancels a service for any other reason, the client receives, in addition to a full refund, compensation equal to the amount the client would have lost by cancelling on the same date under article 8 (50% of the price between 30 and 15 days before the start, 100% less than 15 days before).
If KIPURA has to change an essential element of the service (dates, venue, package, a coach presented as decisive), it informs the client without delay; the client may accept the change or cancel free of charge and obtain a full refund.
The client warrants that the participant is fit to play football as a goalkeeper at the intensity of the chosen service. Information needed for the participant's safety (for example an allergy or a contraindication) is written only on the paper information form, handed to the coach at the start of the service. The coach keeps this form during the service, then returns or destroys it. This information is neither entered on the website nor stored in KIPURA's IT tools: please do not include it in online forms or emails.
The participant follows the coaches' instructions, the camp rules and the rules of the venues. If a participant's behaviour endangers his or her own safety or that of others, KIPURA may, after informing the legal guardian, end that participant's attendance without refund.
In an emergency, the coaches take the necessary measures, including calling the emergency services, and inform the legal guardian or designated person without delay.
In accordance with article L. 321-1 of the French Sports Code, KIPURA is insured for third-party liability (operating and professional liability) with Gan Assurances, Multirisque Professionnelle policy no. 322480162000, taken out through the G. Lihoreau agency, 120 rue Maréchal Joffre, 76600 Le Havre, France. The certificate is available on request.
Independent contractors must hold professional liability insurance for their own activity; the podiatrist performing an assessment is insured for his or her healthcare activity.
The client is invited to check that the participant has third-party liability cover. KIPURA draws the client's attention to the benefit of taking out personal accident insurance covering bodily injury that sport may cause, particularly if the participant is not already covered through a federation licence.
KIPURA has a best-efforts obligation in providing its services. It is not liable for the loss or theft of personal belongings not placed in its care.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes KIPURA's liability for bodily injury, nor the rights that a consumer client has under the law.
No photo or video in which a participant can be identified is published without his or her prior written consent or, for a minor, that of the legal guardians. Consent is collected separately, in the information form; refusing it has no effect on registration. Videos filmed for technical analysis are used only for the coaching of the participant and his or her coaches.
Data collected when ordering is used to provide the service, for invoicing and for the participants' safety. No health information is collected online or stored in KIPURA's IT tools (article 10). Processing details and the client's rights are set out in the privacy policy.
The KIPURA method, materials, videos, drills and teaching content provided or shown remain KIPURA's exclusive property. They are for the participant's personal use and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
For clubs, companies and other business clients, prices are stated excluding VAT in the quotation, with VAT added at the applicable rate. Unless otherwise stated in the quotation, a 30% deposit is paid on ordering and the balance on receipt of the invoice, within 30 days. Late payment incurs penalties at the European Central Bank rate plus 10 percentage points, and a fixed recovery fee of €40.
Any request to postpone or cancel must be made in writing at least 7 days before the session; for later cancellations, 50% of the session price remains due, and the full price for same-day cancellations. The club warrants that its players are licensed, insured and fit to play, and obtains the necessary consents from the legal guardians of minors. Articles 7 and 18 do not apply to business clients.
Neither party is liable for failing to perform its obligations because of a force majeure event within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.
Any complaint must be sent in writing to gilles.fouache@kipura.fr. KIPURA undertakes to reply within 15 days.
If no amicable solution is found, and after sending a written complaint to KIPURA, a consumer client may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator to which KIPURA belongs, within one year of that complaint:
CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de justice
49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France — phone +33 1 89 47 00 14
Online referral: www.cm2c.net
Mediation is optional; the client remains free to bring the matter before the competent court.
These Terms are governed by French law. A consumer client may bring proceedings, at his or her choice, before the court for the place where he or she lived when the contract was concluded or for the place where the damage occurred. For business clients, the courts within the jurisdiction of Le Havre have jurisdiction.
